Magnificent Life

You were born to have a magnificent life.  It's just that simple.  And yet, how often do we become frazzled, tired, stressed, outraged....and forget that life is supposed to be joyful.  Often moms tell me that they know they'll get through the crazy times and all will be calm soon.  But, we forget that THIS IS IT.  Life is about the mortgage, the tummy bug, the grocery shopping, and the chipped tooth.  Life is always flowing and it is our choice how we embrace the circumstances we are in.

Spirit is always with us.  Our task is not to struggle to find God in the midst of the chaos but to realize that God's presence has never left us.  In fact, nothing could be closer.

So, just for today....pause where you are and drop your shoulders.  Call to mind one beautiful person or situation for which you would like to give thanks.  Focus upon this beautiful, positive image.  How do you feel?  Carry THAT feeling with you and watch how many more experiences you draw to you that are just as good.

You are a Magnificent Mom living a Magnificent life.  Give yourself more fun.

Thank you for that reminder...I did take a deep breath and remembered...
Bless you...As a mom...it's easy to forget.

I kept wracking my brain trying to remember where I have heard the name, "Mimi Doe"---and then you mentioned your book---"Busy but Balanced."

I adore your book. Thank you for helping me be a better mom.
xoxo

Thanks - I needed that.
